steamed white bream with soya sauce, bok choy with oyster sauce, and a burrata eggplant caprese salad, to start

so now that i had the weekend to shop, i went to the best lil japanese market on sawtelle and olympic. we (me and linds) picked up the ingredients for this yummy masterpiece. fish, ponzu vingegar with some special asian secret sauce, and bok choy with oyster sauce along with all the veggies, leeks, bells peppers, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, and eggplant. linds basically had all the ingrediants for her amazing caprese salad already in her kitchen. i mean.... the girl is good.
